The disclosure gap is upstream.

The PIC names its immediate contributors. Fairness Project’s public 2024 Schedule B marks contributor information “RESTRICTED.” A separate grantmaker return identifies one source: Sixteen Thirty Fund. This is a documented disclosure limit, not a claim that every donor shown here hides its funding.

Financial arrows do not establish that the same dollars moved through an entire chain. Dashed roles do not establish control of every contribution. No unverified relationship is drawn as a documented edge.

A separate Unite America grant in Utah

Unite America Inc. → $50,000 grant in 2024 → Utah Ranked Choice Voting Action

The donor’s original Schedule I identifies recipient EIN 84-1727261 and general operating support. This is a different year and recipient from the PIC’s $200,000 contribution.

The PIC entry’s shortened “Unite America” name does not resolve its donor’s exact legal entity. That remains a reporting gap.

An affiliation. A contribution. Separate records.

NDRC identifies National Redistricting Foundation as its charitable affiliate. The PIC separately reports $30,000 cash from the foundation. The affiliation line does not turn NDRC into the disclosed donor.
